How LogHue keeps your data safe

Data Security

📄 Secure Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a trusted cloud database service. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

🔒 Authentication

We use secure session-based authentication. Your password is never stored in plain text → we use industry-standard hashing.

👥 Access Control

Personal tasks and notes are visible only to you unless you share them. Workspace content is only visible to invited members. Row-level security ensures data is isolated between personal accounts and workspaces.

Privacy

  • We never sell your data → Your information stays yours
  • Minimal data collection → We only collect what's needed to provide the service
  • Workspace privacy → Only invited members can see your workspace content
  • No advertising use → Your data is never shared with advertisers

Account Security

You can take additional steps to secure your account:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Keep your login credentials private
  • Log out when using shared devices
  • Review and sign out your devices in Settings → Security → View Sessions

Cookies

LogHue uses cookies for essential functionality:

  • Session cookies → Keep you logged in
  • Preferences → Remember your theme settings

You can customize cookie preferences or decline non-essential cookies through the cookies banner in the app.

Exporting Your Data

You can download a copy of your data at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Privacy → Download My Data
  • Your data downloads as a JSON file
  • You can export once per hour

The export includes:

  • Your profile, plan, and account details
  • Your notes, note folders, and personal tasks
  • Workspaces you created and workspaces you belong to
  • Workspace tasks you created or were assigned
  • Your task logs, discussions, and comments
  • Your notifications, add-ons, OCR usage, and consent records
  • Activity events and API key details

Not included: passwords, API key secrets, login sessions, other people's content, and invitee emails. Uploaded files are listed by name and size but not bundled. Payment details are held by Stripe, not LogHue.

Account Deletion

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete your account:

  • All your personal data is removed
  • All tasks, logs, discussions and other workspace related activities are anonymised
  • You are removed from all member workspaces

To delete your account: Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
